Shipping Policy

We appreciate your order! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and get your items on their way. Orders placed before 4 PM CST Monday-Thursday will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed before 4 PM CST Friday-Sunday will usually ship on Monday.

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service from our home base in Burbank, CA 91506. You will receive an email confirmation upon shipment of your order.

Mistakes happen! If you need to change something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elleandanther.com. While we cannot always make changes to orders due to real-time processing, we will do our best to make sure you are happy!
